Chili Choc-a-Bloc Truffles

Ingredients

170g chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup Choc-a-Bloc
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Directions

In two saucepans, melt chocolate. In a separate saucepan add and heat milk, Choc-a-Bloc, and chili powder and bring to a boil. Whisk the boiling liquid vigorously into the melted chocolate until smooth. Refrigerate until it hardens. Use a small scoop or melon baller to scoop the truffle mix into balls. Roll in cocoa powder and serve.
